About Me

Hi, I’m Shanon, founder of Peach Nutrition.

I coach people to feel stronger, more energized, and confident in their bodies. I have a special focus working with women in midlife, helping them create habits that support their life and see how practical, daily choices can be truly life-changing . 

My journey started in the beautiful chaos of motherhood. Low energy, broken sleep, and a changing body made me realize I couldn’t keep pushing through on willpower alone. I needed to reconnect with my body and build habits that actually worked for me.

When I stopped chasing quick fixes and started fueling myself intentionally, everything changed. My energy became more consistent, my strength improved, my body composition shifted, and most importantly, I felt confident, capable, and able to handle everyday life with more ease.

Yoga teacher training gave me a deeper understanding of balance, effort and ease, challenge and rest, structure and flexibility. That’s the perspective I bring to my coaching. I don’t believe in extremes. I believe in consistency, self-compassion, and habits that actually fit the season of life you’re in.

My approach blends nutrition, movement, rest, mindfulness, and simple behaviour strategies. Together, we build routines that feel realistic, sustainable, and empowering, so that confidence and energy become part of your everyday life.

Peach Nutrition comes from my heritage and the peach’s connection to vitality and renewal, a reminder of light, nourishment, and possibility. That’s the energy I bring to every client I work with.
