My coaching is grounded in compassion, behaviour change, and practicality. I focus on small, intentional shifts that improve your energy, strength, confidence, and overall well-being.
There are no rigid meal plans or “all or nothing” expectations here. Instead, I help you learn how to fuel your body in a way that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and current season of life. Progress comes from consistency, not extremes.
